Welcome to Komplimang! These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the Komplimang application and services provided by Komplimang AB, a Swedish company with organization number 559514-7983.
Komplimang is a social platform designed for students in Sweden. Our vision is to provide a safe and engaging place where you can connect with your school community through anonymous polls, compliments, and other interactive features. By using Komplimang, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Komplimang AB. By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the Komplimang application and its services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you may not use Komplimang.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately after they are published in the app or on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms. Your continued use of Komplimang after publication of amended Terms means you accept the new Terms.

To use Komplimang, you must:
Komplimang is exclusively available to users in Sweden. Access from outside Sweden is not permitted and may result in account termination.
To create an account, you need to log in via Google or Apple ID. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is correct and truthful.
One account only: Only one account per person is allowed. Creating fake or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
User profile: On your profile, you can see your name, profile picture, username, gender, age, grade level, and the number of compliments you have received. This information is visible to all members of your community.
You are responsible for protecting your account information and may not share it with anyone else.
Komplimang offers the following features:
Polls: Participate in polls about your community. Compliments: Send and receive compliments. 'Top Keys': The most liked compliments you've received are displayed on your profile. In-app purchases: Some features, virtual items, or subscriptions may require in-app purchases. Prices are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK).

Komplimang connects you to your chosen community (which we call 'school' in the app) via a private code system.
These communities are created and managed by us. They are not officially linked to any real schools or their registries.
We reserve the right to monitor and close communities.
Komplimang is not a fully anonymous app. We value openness and transparency in the app.
When you vote or send a compliment, your identity is initially hidden from the recipient. Poll responses: Only the person who received a compliment can see that response.
Revealing votes: The recipient can, by using in-app currency, choose to see who voted for them. When a vote is revealed, the identity of the voter becomes visible to the recipient.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination:
Creating multiple or fake accounts. Harassment, bullying, threats, or discrimination of other users. Impersonating another person. Distributing illegal, offensive, or hateful content. Violation of Swedish law.
Violation of these limitations may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Reporting function: If you see something inappropriate, you can report it directly in the app.
Community moderation: Your community is partially moderated by its members. If a user behaves inappropriately or does not belong to your community (school), they can be reported.
Actions: We review all reports and reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing accounts or content without warning.
Your privacy is of utmost importance. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with Swedish law and GDPR. For a complete description of how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
Komplimang AB's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swedish law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services during the past twelve months.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. All disputes arising in connection with your use of the app shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
